- photos or videos sent in reply to a maintenance text
- vendor and manager notes tied to the work order
How We Use Information
- to receive and triage maintenance requests
- to send status updates, photo requests, and follow-up messages
- to coordinate dispatch with approved vendors or on-call staff
- to keep a property and maintenance record for service follow-up
- to improve response quality, safety handling, and maintenance workflows
Text Messaging
Resident texts are used for service coordination only. Message frequency varies by maintenance activity. Message and data rates may apply. Residents can reply STOP to opt out of routine text updates or HELP for support.
Sharing
We only share information when needed to operate the maintenance workflow, including with service providers that help deliver calls, texts, storage, hosting, and vendor coordination. We do not sell resident personal information for advertising.
Retention And Security
We keep maintenance records, text logs, transcripts, and media only as long as reasonably needed for service operations, follow-up, compliance, or dispute handling. We use standard platform controls and vendor tooling to reduce unauthorized access.
Your Choices
You may contact Leo Property Management to review or update your contact information, ask a privacy question, or request that routine text updates stop. Emergency communications may still be used when needed for safety or property protection.
