Service Use
Leo Property Management may use phone calls and SMS to receive maintenance requests, request missing details, send service updates, and confirm follow-up steps related to a resident work order.
SMS Consent
By providing a mobile number to Leo Property Management, you agree to receive service-related texts about maintenance, dispatch, access, and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt Out And Help
- Reply STOP to stop routine SMS messages.
- Reply HELP for support.
- Stopping texts may limit routine status updates, but critical safety communication may still be required.
Emergency Use
SMS and automated assistant flows are not a replacement for emergency services. For fire, medical, gas, electrical danger, active flooding, or life-safety emergencies, call 911 first.
Acceptable Use
Residents agree not to use the messaging channel for unlawful activity, harassment, spam, or unrelated requests. Leo Property Management may stop or limit messaging access when the channel is abused.
No Guarantee Of Vendor Timing
Leo Property Management may send updates about the status of a maintenance request, but message updates do not guarantee a specific vendor arrival time until service is actually confirmed.
Changes
Leo Property Management may update these terms as the maintenance communication workflow changes. The latest version will be posted at this URL.
